Boards4ESG is a product of silverFOX 77 GmbH, FL-9491 Ruggell, hereinafter referred to as silverFOX 77. Therefore, the general terms and conditions (T&Cs) of silverFOX 77 apply to the use of the services of Boards4ESG, which are described below.
1. Scope of Application
1.1. The terms and conditions of silverFOX 77 are exclusively valid. Additions and changes to the contractual conditions require written form.
1.2. Our terms and conditions also apply to all future transactions with the contractual partner.
2. Service Delivery for Seminars and E-Training
2.1. Registrations by the contractual partner made via our website or by e-mail are binding offers. silverFOX 77 is entitled to accept the offer of the contractual partner with in two weeks by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. The contract between silverFOX77 and the contractual partner comes into effect upon receipt of the registration confirmation by the contractual partner.
2.2. The following services are provided for seminars: participant documents and the participant certificate 'Certified Sustainability Expert'. The 'Certified Sustainability Board' Label is not included in the seminar service and can be purchased additionally. Similarly, the E-Training offer is not included in the seminar services and can be purchased additionally.
2.3. The price does not include the current value-added tax of 7.7% (from 2024: 8.1%).
2.4. Adjustments and changes in the content and duration of the seminar are reserved. They do not entitle the participant to terminate the contract. Should guest lecturers have to cancel their participation, silverFOX 77 will strive to reschedule the eventor find a suitable replacement speaker. If essential parts of the seminar are canceled, the seminar fee will be reduced proportionally. Any further liability on the part of silverFOX 77 is excluded.
2.5. silverFOX 77 reserves the right to exclude participants from the seminar if they do not meet the admission requirements (being a board member of a Swiss pension fund or a board member of an SME in Switzerland). Similarly, participants may be excluded if they substantially disrupt the course of the event. A refund of the seminar fee is excluded.
3. Rescheduling andCancellation: Seminars
3.1. If you need to reschedule a seminar for urgent reasons, this can be done once up to 6 weeks before the start of the seminar, subject to a fee of CHF 200.
3.2. Missed seminars will be forfeited if no rescheduling has been made. In the case of a change in the assortment, the rebooking will be proposed by the seminar management to a seminar that is as similar as possible to the one originally booked.
3.3. A cancellation of registration is free of charge up to 3 months before the start of the seminar. Between 3 months and 30 days before the seminar starts, 40% of the seminar fee is due. Alternatively, a substitute participant can be provided up to 3 days before the start of the seminar. The full seminar fee is payable if the withdrawal occurs later than 30 working days before the seminar begins.
4. Pricing: Seminars and E-Training
4.1. Seminar and E-Training fees are charged in Swiss Francs.
4.2. The basis for all prices is the respective seminar description.
4.3. The invoice amount is due 2 weeks before the start of the seminar. If registration is made at short notice, the invoice must be settled before the seminar begins in any case. silverFOX 77 reserves the right to exclude the participant if the respective payment deadline is not met.
4.4. In case of payment delay, interest on arrears of 5% above the current base rate will be charged.

5.1. All copyrights are reserved.
5.2. silverFOX 77 or authorized third parties expressly retain all publication, reproduction, editing, and exploitation rights to the contents of events, especially the provided working materials in written as well as digitized form.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Personal data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (see boards4esg/privacy). We adhere to the principle of not selling, renting, or otherwise making available personal data. We ensure that your data is handled with care and used only for the purposes of the contract concluded with the contractual partner.
7. Premature Contract Termination
7.1. silverFOX 77 is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the seminar chosen by the participant if it cannot conduct the event due to an insufficient number of participants. The same applies in the event of the event leader's prevention for important reasons or force majeure (e.g., disasters, epidemics, significant political or societal upheavals). silverFOX 77 will reschedule to a subsequent event free of charge. A postponement by the organizer does not entitle the participant to cancel the booked program. Further claims by the participant are excluded.
7.2. Should individual provisions of the contract with the contractual partner, including these General Terms and Conditions, be or become wholly or partially ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially ineffective provision should then be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the ineffective one in its economic consequences.
8. Insurance and Jurisdiction
8.1. Boards4ESG is a product of silverFOX 77 GmbH.
8.2. The jurisdiction for all legal disputes is St. Gallen. Swiss law applies.
8.3. Even if the contractual party to be sued has moved its residence or usual place of abode from the scope of the Code of Civil Procedure after concluding the contract or if its residence or usual place of abode is unknown at the time the lawsuit is filed, the jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is St. Gallen.
8.4. Insurance of all kinds of damages, e.g., accident, illness, liability, theft, cancellation, etc., ist he responsibility of the person registering. We do not provide insurance services, and any liability on our part is disclaimed. Swiss law applies. The jurisdiction is St. Gallen. All previous information and prices become invalidwith the publication of a new brochure.
